Rainy Day Celebration at Lion English Medium School, Davangere

The Rainy Day Celebration at Lion English Medium School, Davangere was a magical and joyful event, especially for little stars like Lisha V Barki from LKG. The school was beautifully decorated with paper clouds, colorful umbrellas, and raindrop cutouts, creating a wonderful rainy atmosphere indoors.

Children dressed in bright raincoats and carried pretty umbrellas, dancing to cheerful rain-themed songs like "Rain, Rain, Go Away" and "Barso Re Megha." Teachers organized fun activities such as paper boat-making competitions, rainy-day storytelling, and splash-free water games. Little Lisha enjoyed floating her handmade boat in a small tub, giggling as it sailed.

The celebration taught students the beauty of rain—how it brings life to plants, fills rivers, and gives us happiness. They also learned about the importance of conserving water and staying safe during the monsoon. The event ended with tasty corn and pakora snacks, making it a perfect day of laughter and learning.
